Let’s Play Watch Dogs is LIVE on LetsPlaysAllDay – First Impressions, Thoughts

Posted on: May 27th, 2014 by admin No Comments

Let’s Play Watch Dogs is AMAZING so far, and I have to drop the video in here for you guys before I do anything else. Your support is appreciated:

Now that that’s out of the way, it’s impressions time! I’ve played through about 4 hours of the game so far and simply love it. Every time a new game comes out, you go through the “honeymoon” phase with it where you’re constantly impressed and wowed by every new miniscule thing, and you see it through rose-colored glasses. I get that, but what makes Watch Dogs great for me so far is the simple fun factor. I have FUN playing this game! It’s fun to hack peoples’ phones, read the bios of the people you hack, drive around wrecking people…and oh, by the way, there’s a fantastic storyline that sucks you in and keeps you from simply going on a hooker-punching, civilian-wrecking rampage of debauchery. This game is DEEP, and I have a feeling I know where I’ll be spending a lot of my time, and some of my money on the Season Pass once I can — Right here with Watch Dogs.

Let’s Play Watch Dogs has already started on LetsPlaysAllDay, and it’d be amazing to have your support and spreading the word. I’ll be playing the heck out of this game for the near future, and it appears that there’s enough to keep me interested for a long time, and that’s without even starting the online gameplay at all. I’m hoping people don’t hack into my stuff or I’ll get mad! I encourage anyone that’s on the fence about getting this game to pick it up. I don’t know if it’ll meet EVERY expectation laid out for it, but it definitely meets my expectations in what a good game should be — engrossing, fun, and deep. Enjoy the Let’s Play Watch Dogs over on LetsPlaysAllDay!

Yoshi’s New Island Let’s Play on LetsPlaysAllDay – Nostalgia and Nerdgasms – We Love It

Yoshi’s New Island Let’s Play is in full effect, and we are loving it so far! Thanks to Robby’s 3DS capture card, we are rocking full HD gameplay and bringing the nostalgia trip, the huge eggs, and live excited commentary. A quick review of the game so far — It plays JUST like the old Super Mario World 2: Yoshi’s Island game from the SNES days that we already did a Let’s Play of on LetsPlaysAllDay. I’ve got to figure out how to switch a few controls for the exact experience, but overall, I’m very happy with my download of the game (yes, legal download from the Nintendo EShop). I nearly forgot the game came out Thursday night/Friday morning instead of the routine Tuesday or Friday evening releases, but the EShop worked brilliantly and I was able to get a fast download.

I plan on busting out the full Let’s Play as soon as humanly possible, and I hope you’ll join me for the ride, as it looks to be a very promising and fun game so far. Check out the video above and don’t forget to support LetsPlaysAllDay and ALL of our Let’s Plays, from South Park: The Stick of Truth all the way to Assassin’s Creed and everything in between. Bill and I will once again be in the same state and are on the border of some brand new surprise series as well. For now though, it’s all about Yoshi’s New Island Let’s Play and Let’s Play South Park Stick of Truth. What’s your favorite part of the game so far? Let me know in the comments section of the video above, and also, what you’d like to see in future episodes of the Let’s Play. Enjoy and thanks for supporting us!

Let’s Play South Park Stick of Truth Quick Review – It’s Amazing, I Love It

Let’s Play South Park Stick of Truth Quick Review – It’s Amazing, I Love It

Let’s Play South Park Stick of Truth has been a blast so far, and our support over on LetsPlaysAllDay has been amazing. First off, thank you guys so much for supporting that channel. It means a lot to both Bill and myself. Now that the mushy stuff is out of the way, I’ll tell you what I think of the game.

IT. IS. AWESOME! I curse the fact that I have a life outside of video games at times, but seriously…all I’ve wanted to do since the first play session is to simply play this game until I beat it. I was hooked, instantly. As a person who played Super Mario RPG and beat it as a kid, I was transported back to that style of gameplay, and after some initial rust, I’ve started to improve my gameplay and puzzle skills and get into the next level of the game. Not only do I enjoy it, but I feel that my efforts at getting better are rewarded. Oh yeah, and the game is absolutely hysterical. This is maximum effort from Matt Stone and Trey Parker and their creative team. It really feels like you’re playing an entire season of the South Park television show, or going through the South Park movie.

Now that I’m 12 Let’s Play South Park Stick of Truth episodes deep (coming this weekend!), I feel pretty qualified to say that this game is a smashing success that any South Park fan, and any simpler RPG fan, will enjoy. I highly recommend it. Dust off your XBox 360 or PS3 if you need to. It’s worth it.

Look for more South Park Stick of Truth daily until I finish the game. Like Cartman said about Princess Kenny, “That’s just how he seems to be rolling right now.” Check it out on LetsPlaysAllDay!
